Today was a little disappointing as by the time I left work my knees felt distinctly tired. Once home the left was distinctly slightly sore in both patellar tendon and quadriceps insertion. I nearly didn't go to the circuit and was very hesitant about running there. I didn't want ti traumatise already injured tissues. In the end I did go and I did run there (as usual, not the downhill bits) but I am little concerned that tomorrow I might have gone back in my recovery.
In the circuit I did sets of small squats and lunges but avoided pylometric jumps due to the presence of soreness and the fact I'd run there. More than enough impact.
