At the swimming class I've been focussing on good arm technique once again. I've clearly gained poor habits whilst trying to join lengths together. After last week's struggle today things felt a little more controlled and with some opportunities to get better.
This morning my left knee showed itself when walking into work. I didn't notice it during work but by home time the right patellar tendon was clear. Returning from swimming it was the left! What is going on?
Rollering revealed some tight muscles and maybe they've been pulling around to joint?
