I wore different shoes to walk into work today as I'm wondering if shoes with a substantial drop are irritating my knees. The rebuilt RocLites felt comfortable and my knee improved during the day. The focus now feels to be in the patellar tendon, especially laterally. I left work too late to go for a swim but it was a lovely evening. A perfect opportunity to cut the lawns before preparing for vege burgers a la plancha on the patio. Far less hassle than a BBQ, I can't think why they aren't more popular in the UK.
I did my sets of squats, mini jumps and step-ups without difficulty and added the eccentric step descents on my left leg for one set as all was well.
